Responses will be coordinated through the Public Records Access Officer. Requests for public records may be made orally, including telephone requests, or in writing to the Public Records Access Officer. Written requests may be delivered by hand, by mail, via email, or by fax.

Invitation to Bid - Town Hall Parking Area
The Town of Egremont, acting through its Board of Selectmen, invites sealed bids from
contractors to Black top Town Hall parking area, Police Station parking and surrounding areas.<BR><BR>Sealed bids from General Contractors clearly marked "Town Hall Parking Area" shall be received at the Board of Selectmen's Office, 171 Egremont Plain Road (Route 71), Egremont (or via mail to PO Box 368, South Egremont, MA 01258) until 2:00pm Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.The Town of Egremont reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part,to waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept the bid deemed to be most favorable to the best interest of the Town.

Request for Proposals - use of town owned land for affordable and workforce housing
The Town of Egremont seeks requests for proposals for the use of town owned land for affordable and workforce housing. A copy of the request for proposals may be obtained by request at the Egremont Town Hall, 171 Egremont Plain Road, during regular business hours or via email upon request.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package, clearly marked "Proposal to Town of Egremont: Use of Town Owned Land for Housing", to the Town of Egremont, Chief Procurement Officer, P.O. Box 368, South Egremont MA 01258, no later than 2:00pm on August 15, 2022. The Town reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
